Yes — photometric files (IES), CE/RoHS/SAA certificates and GPSR documentation ship with every order, ready for specifiers and customs.
Can the diameter and drop height be customized?
Yes — the ring is produced in-house, so diameters from Ø60cm to Ø160cm and any drop height are available. Custom sizes add 3–5 days to sampling.
Which dimming systems are supported?
Triac (leading/trailing edge), 0–10V and DALI drivers are all available. Specify the protocol per market at order — EU, UK, US and AU driver variants are stocked.
What is the MOQ and lead time for this model?
MOQ is 20 pieces, and the LM100 can be mixed with other models in one container. Samples ship in 7–15 days; bulk production runs 15–25 days after approval.
